Hey all,
Can someone please explain to me what awards and agreements are? I'm so confused. I've looked at all my information (incl. the resources here) and I still don't understand it.

ahh we did this today...
Awards are legally binding agreements made by IRCS.

Agreements are sets of conditions agreed to between employers & employees.

agreements are usually for the ones with a bit of barganning power...professionals
