It's the best hidden caf in UTS. I dropped in once, but it seems nobody goes there much. Perhaps the access is just too difficult to stumble onto...

it was a staff-only cafe last year. it's in such a retarded spot, i only found it by accident.

it's like follow the signs...rather dodgy but hey
starting price for import beers $2.50 is pretty alright..

instead of walking into the tower building entrance, go towards your right and you'll hit some stairs; go down them and follow the signs to the loft.

It's like the "secret entrance" to Glasshouse, but turning right instead of going down the stairs on the left.

OR, if you know where the bridge is, go there. Coming from the tower you walk up to the external stairwell, and GO DOWN those one floor or so. You'll see signs to the Loft in front of you.

I finally visited the loft briefly after my tute on wed and it's great!! It's nice and leafy and quiet... and it was practically empty so it's going to be my hideaway with friends if everything gets a bit too loud and rowdy on the concourse.
