The Promo Song from the ABC (1 Viewer)

What is the song from the ABC promo for July .... all I can remember are the lyrics 'promises so empty'. And I searched for that and nothing much came up.

It's the ad showing clips from Sherlock Holmes, Spooks, Silent Witness.

I now know the song but now i can't get the song...and I'm not even sure if the ABC and I are thinking about the same song....
