but i read extensively about immigration and race and demographics and social dynamics, since you were asking about books i was thinking

a good introductory piece is byron p. roth's new book the perils of diversity; a lot of this stuff relies on extensive sociological data and the affects that cultural and ethnic homogeneity/hetereogenity have on communities. for a more philosophical (though rooted in actual numbers and research) is frank salter's book, on genetic interests. professor walker connor, piere van den berghe, milica bookman write extensively on ethnic relations and dynaics, as does prof. tatu vanhanen who is best noted for massive, global studies that involve every single country country on the planet and constructed statistical indicies that attempt to uncover empirical relationships between ethnities in relation with one another and the relations at the university of helsinki. he is on economics and immigration there's george j. borjas, a harvard professor; you can find his articles everywhere and on vdare.com, though they might not be available anymore.

otherwise, a lot of it cant really just be 'found' in just books but is scattered around actual journals and studies. then there's the basic psychometric stuff which i've gone over over and over and over (to the point that i am growing bored of it now) here before.
