If I give one of my textbooks to the second hand bookshop, what happens when that book gets sold?

Do I receive the money or not?

A silly question, I know. But I want to find out what happens.

they notify u when it gets sold and you get money they get some commission. i thought that was logical. :rolleyes:

theone123..well being an accountant and all, it would make sense to you!
if you go to the uws student assoc. website there are details but it has been summarised pretty much here already, you let them sell it, they get a percentage of your sale and that the prices they sell at are fixed by them as well i think [maybe not] but the prices have to be reasonable...

hehe yeah i need to save $$$! coz i think i have to get a job while i live at the campus so that i could pay off my books, accommodation, etc

have to learn how to be independent =D
