..on the back of the yellow piece of paper it had student contributions with scary $$ on it! :s

It's a letter saying how we have to sign up for the new-HECs thingy which happens to be under a diff name. Apparently from November. The main change is upfront has a reduced discount from 25 to 20%.

i thought i read that wrong. so it does effect us in a way, even though they say it doesn't.

i don't think i have read the back page.. just looked and no, i don't get it. do you think they are the fees for each of the bands or something? or included in the fees?
