Yep, in the Atrium as Glitter said. My boy is giving them out :D

Did you guys know we're not supposed to get a concession sticker if we are employed? Not that anyone really cares, but some guy realised yesterday, and so he decided not to get one! I feel sorry for those who are so honest :(
Yeah would suck having ethics like that, probably why law isnt the best job for me :p

Even if we only work part-time and are full-time uni students?

Man... all our money goes into Uni anyway, why makes us pay even more? At least full-time workers have a better chance of hanging onto their money :(

I dont know whether ethics are really the basis of law. I mean theoretically it is, but once you start learning the in's and out's of it all, you have to question it!

Yep, any form of employment where you earn an income... Excepting Youth Allowance, Aus Study etc, where the government pays you to bludge. I agree its a bit tightarse of them, so I vote we continue to ignore them! :D

Edit: Do you want to know a random fact about MQ? The reason they are referred to as an "Innovative Uni" is because we were the first uni in the *world* to use the semester system. Before that, uni was just like school with one academic appraisal at the end of each year.

Ha! We shit on USYD! They should be thanking us, bowing down to us, doing our uni assignments and such :D

80c for a bus trip from epping to Macq Uni (student concession), dont say Macq center otherwise it will cost more!

288, 290, 296, 295, 292 goes to Macq uni, but 290, 295 and 292 are abit dodgy sometimes so 296 and 288 are your best choices, just ask, there is usually a bus coordinator directing students and buses in the mornings.

ACccording to the enrolment book, we dont pick our stickers up until 25th Feb to March 10th, u think we can goto the Atrium in next few days and take one?

My sticker has gone silver and they dont accept it anymore...

Only have verbal evidence.

You know how Sandie said the training day before us wasnt so good because she had a meeting beforehand? It was a meeting for some thing called Foundations. Its a group of tutors from MQ and Manly, and they have training on how to improve their teaching style. They have students come in and discuss their tute experiences, and I was asked to be one. The guy running the whole thing gave a little speech at the beginning, and thats what he said.

I thought it was great! :)

I'm not sure: is the "pay and display" sign lit up? If so, you saved yourself from potentially having a $60 fine.

Hey, does anyone know if you can pay for the yearly parking sticker by credit card over the phone?
