Hi I've got another question:
are "Code of Conduct' and "Code of Practice" the same things?

Code of conduct is talking about employee's ethical responsibilities to an organisation. Code of practice I think is different, meaning the responsibilities a employee has to an organisation is doing their job. Correct me if I am wrong.

you got code of conduct right
code of practice I've got here, I'm not sure if they are different things tho

Code of Practice

Sets down minimum standards of behaviour and practice
Relates to professional responsibility towards
internal and external clients,
Employers
Fellow workers
Unions
Society

Yeah, they do sound different, the reason is code of conduct is about employee ethics, code of practice is talking about employees obligations to their co-workers, bosers, etc.

code of practice is the min. standards of behaviour and practices to be followed by managers, employees and members of the organisation.
code of practice generally relates to professional responsibility towards the internal and external clients, employer, fellow workers and society...
