the test needs to be able to differentiate between the top, say 2% and the rest, thus a hard question is required...however, the board shouldnt use this as an excuse to set a hard tests (personally, i dont think this yrs one was, i'm more referring to last years 2U), as a hard test, even if it scales well, can be confidance shattering.

Don't think the test is extremely balanced...your guys are right about harder tests to differentiate people but the thing is this test is only hard on Q7 part b) which no one can do. That means u get a huge bunch of people getting stuck on like 78/84 and the one or two that does do it tops the state. There is like no one in between, thats not a very good way to differentiate people.

I didn't get 3 unit, so view only got 4 unit, 2nd in 3 unit, 7th in 2 unit, 17th in general. The only school to be represented in all (decent) maths subjects.

For the record, if I kill laurie and ivan, they don't get the top of 4 unit because they're not alive. Thus view might have a chance.

Guys, I need the money, give me some credit with my methods.
(Although, they might give top of the state to a dead guy, I wouldn't be surprised. They could get the media to make a huge sap story out of it.)

We had a gem in 04 (hopefully) and we should have one in 05, but 03 we just got lucky on the day.
