i think it happens again when Millhouse is standing on that play set looking into the distance when his gf goes to St Sebastians school for wicked girls. Ralph's voice is kinda deeper... or i think he sounded intelligent... i dunno.

thats coz they're both played by the same voice actor, and in those old episodes i dont think ralph had an established character
