I think you'll also find that employers these days place heavy emphasis on behavioural questions - questions that ask you to recall life situations/stories/anecdotes to show a quality or value.

Examples include:

1) When was a time you faced extreme disappointment, and how did you react to that and what did you learn from that?
2) Tell me about a time you worked with a problematic team member, and what steps were taken to deal with that?
3) Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision when not all the facts were readily available to you?

Ugh, the reason i fail at so many job interviews is because i find it difficult to talk about myself. I hate these kind of questions,

I hate these questions because they're so vague.
Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision when not all the facts were readily available to you?
It's like we have to think of an event that matches this description and i can't think of anything that does, because nobody remembers things in such a mechanic manner 'when not all the facts were readily available to you'
and also my life isn't very eventful so i'd probably have to make up some scenario to talk about. shizzzz
