Hmm I kind of agree...

You obviously aren't too keen on either of them but it seems to me that you feel obligated to go out with one of them coz they like you. But you don't have to! If you genuinely liked one of them then it wouldn't be hard to choose but comparing them using stuff like star signs, job hours and where they live is just stupid. If you don't feel attracted to them then don't go out with them. You'll only be wasting your time and theirs.

By the sounds of it, sounds like S is the type of guys that will remain "just friends" no matter how close you two get, i doubt he'll get to "boyfriend" status.
Whereas i reckon you've decided on L, but he works heaps, so you might need to cope with the fact that he won't be there for you all the time
