can anyone help me in finding the direction of the fore acting on the conductor in a torque on a current loop?
your question imo is about a dc motor, not a dc generator

If the question is finding the direction of force acting on a current carrying loop in the presence of an external magnetic field then:

Look at the bars perpendicular to the magnetic field. Use the right hand palm rule with the fingers pointing in the direction of the magnetic field and the thumb pointing in the direction of conventional current. The open palm points in the direction of the force acting on that particular side of the conductor.

Using the Right hand palm (motor) rule you can determine which way the force will be applied to the rotor

Remember when the rotor turns the commutator changes the direction of the conventional current which keeps the DC motor running in 1 direction only.
