Hey can someone please explain what traineeship are and whether you think they are worth it while doing a UNI degree

It's the same thing as a cadetship. Basically it's a full time job aimed at accounting students whereby instead of doing the standard business or commerce degree over 3 years, one of those years becomes two years part time (i.e. a total of four years) and you work full time during that period.
