For "Sports Medicine", we've been told to: Design and perform training and warm-up routines that are appropriate to the needs of participants in a particular sport.
The sport I'm doing is table tennis.

So far I've got:

  1. Stretching (5min)
    • shoulder
    • lats
    • tricep
    • lower back
  2. Warm-up jog (5min)
  3. Practice hitting the ball (15min)
  4. Practice - specific serving style (15min)
  5. A practice one on one game (15min)
  6. Warm-down jog (5min)
  7. Stretching (5min)
I'm just wondering what else should I do to it?

It's for people aged 16-18, it's going to be for two Year 12 students.
