go to www.uac.edu.au but it depends on what u wanna transfer to and where from

do some research yourself

You have to pay the late fee now as well on UAC.

yeah just apply on UAC.
They take the best combo of your UAI and university marks to recalculate your UAI but im pretty sure they cant revise it below the original UAI.
As for gaining credit for courses already completed i dont know and will have to find that out for myself soon
