Transferring at UWS (1 Viewer)

Is the only two ways of transferring courses within UWS through UAC or the Guaranteed Internal Transfer System? Or is there another internal course transfer system?

i think theres only one internal transfer system, thats where you have to get better than credit average and your guaranteed to do any course you like.

if you do get a credit average in 1st semester ..
does that mean 2nd semester you do another course but how u gonna do it when everyones already finished 1st semester of that course..
