Transferring from commerce at Mac (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I am currently undertaking a bachelor of commerce (accounting) @ Macquarie, under a cadetship and would like to transfer to the same course at UNSW. Would i be able to attempt a transfer at the end of this year, as i am completing this year with a part time study pattern (4 subjects), and what sort of GPA would i need?. Also would my one year of work experience be considered or would it be simply my uai and gpa. I'm also considering transferring into B economics at UNSW. would i stand a chance at transferring with a uai in the low 80's?

they will take the better of your uai/uni marks. usually credit-distinction average will see you through

its possible that they may just take only your uai into account as you have not completed one full year of study. however, i think you may have to apply for the part time degree rather than full time degree.

you should really check with uac or unsw student central in regards to your current position.
