hellooo there..yeh we got a topic list from our teacher yesturday,it includes::working with colllegues + customers
follow health safety procedures
communicate on the telephone
receive and store stock
develop and update hospitality industry knowledge
working in a socially diverse environment
cleanpremises and equipment.......

also you should know how to organise and prepare food,present food,use basic methhods of cookery and implement food safety procedures..
