Can anybody help me with this trig equation q it's got me pretty stuck

$\therefore \frac {tan \frac {\pi}{4} + tan\theta}{1-tan\frac {\pi}{4} tan\theta} = 3 \frac{ tan \frac{\pi}{4} - tan\theta}{1+ tan{\frac {\pi}{4}}tan\theta} \\ \\ \therefore \frac {1+tan\theta}{1-tan\theta} = 3\times \frac {1-tan\theta}{1+ tan\theta} \\ \\ \therefore (1+tan\theta)^2 = 3(1-tan\theta)^2$
