hey i am in year 11 doing 3 unit maths and got stuck on these trig questions, any help about how to do them would be greatly apreciated. thanks!


solve 3sinx + 2cosx = root 13 ( i dont know how to do sqaure root symbol on computer!) ( for 0 degress smaller than or equal to x smaller than 360 degrees)


simpilfy tan2x - tan3y divided by 1 + tan2x tan 3y

( everytime i try to this question it turns out really messy and long )

For the second one,

it's tan(2x-3y)
Comes about from the Tan(A-B) identity.

First one, there is a method for these types. I cbf typing it up :)

Since its an equation of the form acosX + bsinX = c
You have two methods. One is using the "t" results and the other involves expressing it in the form Acos(X - alpha)
