as for white rabbits comment about hating the stations that advertise youll never guess what we will play next....

1 - jjj dont advertise that you never know what they will play next

2 - jjj have such a great diversity of music on rotation you really dont know what they will play next unless they advertise it, like this weekend.

evidence from jj last night says they dont suck live, says they fucking rock.

franz were at last years splendour not this years, i dont belive they had a splendour weekender that year did they? either way first time ive heard a franz live set and it was great.

franz may be coming bdo next year, im liking the romours i read in the jjj forum for bdo.

ive never been to a bdo cause line ups havent appealed enough since 99, but ive been to other festivals... and if the line up was decent at bdo 06 would love to go to a bdo.

i taped rhcp because that show was actually a rather large turning point in the bands history thought it might be a good set to have a recording of.

by "splendour weekender" i mean the jjj special whilst this years splendour festival was held.. they played recordings of live sets from previous festivals, franz included.

yes i read an article in the paper that said franz hoped to tour early next year. that suggests bdo time :uhhuh:

ratm and atdi both fucking rocked. taped them both.

i wanna score a triple j festival shirt, but i reckon you would need to hit them with a fucking good story when you call and do it quickly.

how would you go from radio to cd? the only thing i could really think of was getting one of the new dvd players that you can record tv (etc) with and hooking it up to the stero and recording. would this work? how much do dvd players of this quality cost?

Theres plenty of ways. The most basic would be to hook up your stereo and PC with an audio cable and record straight to wav using your soundcard line-in, then burn to CD. Asylum is ripping straight to mp3 from the net stream though.
