I'll be doing it for a speech and I have no idea where to look.

You could have a quick look though the resources section: http://www.boredofstudies.org/view.php?course=6. However, there is mostly just more essays in this location.

Like Aerath, I also can't seem to find an on-line copy to help you out.

What you could possibly do, is see if some-one from last year has a copy and get them to scan and post it up for you.
