IN: DNA ----> mRNA
i understand that A changes to U

IN: mRNA -----> tRNA
what i dont have a flipping clue with is when mRNA translates does the tRNA then contain U or does it changes back to T?

EG: DNA mRNA tRNA
T A T
A U A
C G C

Or after doing that, is there no U meant to be present in tRNA??? I think i remember something about tRNA haveing to be identical to DNA though can someone please explain. I am majorly confused to the MAX!!!

You got it back to front. I just re-read a report and uricil replaces thymine so therefore A --> U instead of A --> T in mRNA.

i do not express your point well enough and you could get marked down for that. U does not change to A, it forms a bound with A or is complementary to A. U replaces T in the base sequence.
I also dont understand how you got CGC for tRNA. It should be UAU shouldn't it?
