My buddy got a problem with his password recovery, anyone can recommend best advice or what software he should buy for this? thanks
Below is what he emailed me with;

well this damn computer doesnt allow me to do anything without administrator
password, i was gonna try to system restore the computer altogether but apparently it doesnt have this feature like in windows xp

im currently running on

DELL Dimension L667r

Windows 2000 Professional
----------------------------
Windows NT workstation 4.0
----------------------------
Windows 98

in windows xp i could just hit F10 to do system restore and star the PC over again with no password enabled

but every since my HP 533w went ballistic, a friend let me have one of his old DELLs but there an adminstrative account that limits what i can do

anyone got a solution to this problem
i gave him password recovery softwares for free downloads over download.com

he replied;

well all the programs u listed were files i couldnt do anything with cause it requires the administrators PW
to even unzip the files anything labled *.EXE

how do i restart my computer with all of the current data erased and restore it back

is it JUST unzipping .exes that's an issue? meaning .exe straight out might work? or not? what about.. .bat files?
opening things in command prompt?
formating the computer? xD then you definitely don't need no password haha
