$570 is per unit of credit.
acct 1a is SIX units of credit.
so times by 6.

yeah but that would make it $3000+, im sure the subject doesnt cost that much

It's $570 per unit of credit. So:
$570 per UOC, so $3420 per subject. THIS IS THE PRICE BEFORE THEY TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION IF YOU HAVE A COMMONWEALTH SUPPORTED PLACE. i.e. If you do, the cost per class will be 20% of that.

Go to your fee statement on myunsw. It will give you the correct amount that you need to pay as it takes into consideration if you have a CSP.

I think it also depends on what fee band the course is in?

yep i think its $570 per unit of credit
so 570 x 6= 3420
and you have to pay 30-35% of it
also had a look at my fee statement, the bands also indicate price, so band 3 courses are more costly than band 1 courses

the ~$1000 price is after the government have paid their sharre of it since everyone is on HECS these days except for international students, u just pay the difference.
