Definitely go to all lectures and there they'll tell you if you need to go to tutes.

If your tute is before the lecture than only go if you are really eager, since MOST tutes don't start till week 2 or week 3.

edit: if you're still unsure just say which subjects you're doing and someone who's already done it will tell you.

i'm doing STAT170, ACST101, ECON110 and ACCG100.
cause i have a couple of tutorials, before lectures.
they should email us

having done all those I can tell you that there are no pracs/tutes in the first week for you.
