tv software (1 Viewer)

i have a laptop and it has a tv tuner card, and also a connection for my antenna plug. However i don't have a program/software to view tv on my laptop. Does anyone know where i can get this software?

The tv tuner card usually comes with software to view tv. If the card came with the laptop it might be pre loaded.

My tv tuner came with Winfast PVR

It really depends on the brand of card you have. The only players i can find only work on certain brands of tv tuner cards...

the thing isi really dont know what kind of tv tuner card i have. When i put the antenna plug in nothing happens?
so i just guessing i need some kind of software

Maybe you could try something like Showshifter.

Edit: You still would need to drivers for it though, maybe check around look for a cd?

hmmmm, Ok (im not used to 2000) but try this Start=>All Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>System Information

Beacuse i havent seen many laptops with tv tuners.

Or its not being recognised by the computer

You dont appear to have a Tv Card, are u sure you have one, If ur sure it might be a good idea to ask mednez

If u wanna get one check the computer store threads on here, for example:

Just do price comparisons and go to the cheapest and most reputable computer store and get a price match, however the larger stores generally dont price match and are more expensive
