Easy, I will teach you how to do it.
Step 1: Crop your head out with Free hand selection.
Step 2: Press Delete button.
Step 3: Google some hot guy's picture, repeat Step 1
Step 4: Replace his head instead of yours
Done.
*Remember to soften the edges afterwards.
