Regarding to the types crime, what is possesion of pornography classified as? Would it be crimes against people? Or crimes against property if it was pornography on a computer?

I'm confused.

This is regarding the past paper, 2003, Question 17.

Thanks.

Pornography is a victimless crime and a Victimless Crime, also known as Consensual Crime, is any activity which does not physically harm a person or property, or to which was in fact consented, and is currently illegal if based on statutory laws! In Peter McWilliams’ book, Ain’t Nobody’s Business If You Do, is the statement: “As an adult, you should be allowed to do with your person and property whatever you choose, as long as you don’t physically harm the person or property of another.” This is the essence of Common Law (aka Justice)!

wasn't there a case in some legal studies tectbook about a couple of gay guys getting arrested for S&M? They claimed that it had been consensual, but they got charged anyways, lol.

It's difficult to classify because the offence was created by statute. It would probably be an offence which is seen as immoral or perhaps a sexual offence.
