UAC 2009 Admission????? (1 Viewer)

I received a letter in the mail today with a pin. Its from the UAC, can any one tell me what i am supposed to do with this......I do wnat to go to uni however, and is this a letter allowing me to apply before i sit for the HSC? thanks, I would appreciate some help!!!
