in the qualifications area of the application it says documents to be provided: no. for my secondary studies qualifications.. so i don't have to attach any documents do i?

No you don't need to attach any documents.
Even for tafe qualifications you don't need to attach documents, UAC can gain access to your Tafe/school qualifications.
