Okay thanks. Though can that really be true?

I really might just not understand how the UAI works, BUT surely if my school is ranked approx 4/7 its almost at half way... and if I'm in the top third at my school, surely, surely I'd have to beat the average of a UAI of 66.6 (varying slightly)???? Am I way off on this?
