Business Studies ..... Mark 83.2% Rank 3/21
2U Maths...... Mark 69.95% Rank 14/30
Adv English..... Mark 54.40% Rank 37/45
Economics.....Mark 70.45% Rank 15/21
Modern History.... Mark 76.80% Rank 14/21

School: Private School
2002 Rank: VERY High.. Top 10

Side note.....

Assessments have been set extremely difficult... our principal asked for comments from teachers on roughly what marks the students will get... and it has been worked out.. that for 45 students there is a potential 116 Band 6's .....

What UAI will I roughly get?

Hmm... mid 90s? I think perhaps 95ish... it's difficult to pinpoint exactly how much of an effect your school cohort will have at this level.

What would happen if someone applied for the access scheme and originally earned a UAI of 98+. Would the access scheme allow him to get to 100?

I know its most likely a person who was sufficiently able to apply for it expecting a low mark due to problems/disabilities but what if this happened?

I've heard of someone with a 104.50 equivalent because of the EAS. :p Though I doubt they would report it as such on your certificates and so on, I think the bonus points would simply be used when determining offers.

Geez.. you just don't get it !!

Learning how to spell "dam", ie. damn, would be a good start :p

But in all seriousness .. you don't blame your school itself. You are a member of your school .. an individual representative of the cohort.

It's like a sports team. Obviously as a member of the Wallabies someone would have a much higher chance of exceling than an under 15s local Bondi team. Don't feel as though you're at an unfair disadvantage. It all makes sense when you think it through logically. It is not in fact your so-called "crappy school" but instead the students that represent it ..
