well if 70 + is what the uai you want then, 70+ you will get. Your ranks are alright, marks also

but 70+ is what you want then you should strive to get that

Nobody is naturally dumb. You just need to push yourself a bit harder if you think you're not achieving what you should be.

Your marks aren't bad. I'd say you won't have too much trouble getting 70+. Revise well and don't panic.
