Hi there, sorry i've been away. yes I got contacted by HR and they said that I'd hear in December or early Jan, some existing cadets may be transferring or leaving the program so not sure yet. What about you? any news?

Try it anyway! I don't think your academics have to be great, and even if they are, it wouldn't guarantee that your application will go anywhere. I also learned a lot from the application process even though I wasted a bunch of time on it :/

Yes! 100% should try it. the ATAR requirement is 85+ if you were wondering. I believe they support a wide range of degrees, i know someone does Ag and philosophy

Also, I was wondering what you think you did in the video interview to stand out

Assest Management is the hardest one to get into. I believe they only take on max 1 cadet per year if not no cadets.

Hey guys not sure if it helps, I did second round for global markets and the hold up I believe was because they then interviewed again virtually for another department that had opened up. HR contacted me on the outcome about a week and a half ago, so it has been decided to my knowledge
