It's been suggested that 240+ will get you an interview at Monash =)

Monash doesn't use percentiles anymore (I'm pretty sure it's overall score but it might be sum of scaled scores...), and you needed mid to high 240's last year, so it might be higher still this year...

Overall score = 58, 172 (247%) bleh. worse than last year.

Apparently Monash double weight's section one now, not entirely sure about the whole selection critera they are using this year.

I heard that UNSW double weights section one, but I haven't seen that in any of the information they release. Is that true, or just a rumour? I have a section one score of 90 (100%), so I'm hoping for the former =P

Given that I didn't inititally get offered a UNSW interview because of an admin stuff-up and therefore thought I'd failed, I'm ecstatic.

Hey all!

whoa, so many of you should be so happy! there are some seriosuly good scores here. Good luck with interviews all.

Here are my scores, i seriosuly doubt an undergrad interview is a possibility 4 me (expected UAI 98-99). Oh well, serves me right for not doing any prep at all, i was pretty much always gonna do something Arts related anyway.

Nah Monash are using that "overall score" which is on the top right of your results - not your percentile but the score.

i'm absolutely stoked, should be okay for interviews basically with an overall percentile of 99.

more than anything im just relieved, i didnt sleep for a long time last night fretting about what i would do if i didnt get a decent umat score and couldnt get in anywhere...

No prep courses but looks like i might try some next year, i've heard that Section 3 is the easiest to "train" yourself for, is this true?
