How many of you are taking the UMAT exam on the 30th? If you are one of them how are you studying for it because i seriously have no idea what to do about it. If there is anybody who did it last year i would appreciate it if you could recommend some books or something.

PS. I know this thread doesn't really belong here but where else as i suppose to put it.

i dont see the significance of studying for it though, its an aptitude test...

I don't think they send you the admission ticket as such til one-and-a-bit weeks from now... so yeah if you don't get your ticket like by 16th of July, give them a buzz.

there are some examples in the umat information booklet,
and a few more on acer's website,

but other than that, it's up to the individual and his/her performance.

yep, admission tickets are sent out 2 weeks before the test date,
but if you haven't received it a week prior to the sitting date,
then give em a buzz.

(i hate non-verbal reasoning type 2 ... it deserves to die )

yep I'm doing it..
and yeah it's kinda like problem solving.. i don't think you could study for it.
but i'm sure there are questions like it somewhere on the web..

how hard are those pattern ones when they rotate the shape?! GAHHHH hehehe
the rest are okay. like the doctor/patient ones I like hehe.
and the Part A ones when they are based on scientific info, is pretty much like the Science Competition.
you can't study for it.
