how does 2nd round offers work? and how long do we have to decide whether we want to accept a uni offer.

Different unis have different processes in place for students to accept offers - some have an online process (e.g. UNSW), others require you to show up in person to accept your offer (like USYD). Check out the website of each uni to check it out.
