I always wondered about the issues involved in TurnItIn, but I haven't learnt enough about the legalities of copyright yet.

Isn't that why we sign/'X' the declaration bit on the bottom of the coversheets, theres something in there about giving permission for it to be checked by anti-plagiarism software
