lol :D

so basically about 28 weeks for most uni's ?

does that mean if you live on uni accomodation, then you only need to pay for 28 weeks? or even during the holidays if you go back home?

well theres 52 weeks a year, and we had 5 weeks at xmas (although sometimes closer to 6, but we'll work on 5), 2 weeks at easter, and 4 weeks off for the other two breaks, so thats 11 weeks a year off, so we were at school for around 41 weeks a year

also proven by:
term 1: 11 weeks
terms 2-4 10 weeks each

11+10+10+10
=41!

Hmmm, hey not bad...
So uni is less frequent than school... sweet :D
But I guess It'll feel the same cos of the workload and the long semesters...

not really, it'll seem VERY short with deadlines for assignments and exams looming

Yeah, it goes pretty fast and you wonder where all your time has gone when you have things suddenly due. 14 weeks isn't that long considering you learn an entire subject in that period :p

It very intensive and alot of work is covered in a short amount of time, not as easy as it seems. But some people do have it easier. I have friends doing 25-30 hours a week and i have only 15hours!
