if ur working casual and the pay is set according to how old u are and u dont like getting involved in industrial conflicts and u hate AWA's and u dont like union ppl because they r lefties and job security and working conditions are good
would u still need to be in a union or is it just waste of money given that u dont earn that much money anyway even though u pay union fees in proportion to ur income and if ur pay and conditions r alrite can unions help u if u r unfairly dismissed and do they provide legal help if there was a workplace issue and can they represent u individually in conciliation and arbitration if its only u in the workplace that has a problem and does not being in a union during a industrial conflict make u be seen better in the eyes of an employer over a person who is in a union and doing the same work as u? what do u ppl think about this

The union will provide legal assistance to you in any negotiation or arbitration - if you do not strike when the rest of the workplace does (assuming it is unionised) you will be brown-nosing, this might meet with approval from your boss. Ity is unlikely to be appreciated by your unionist collegues.

I also think you should use some punctuation or even struture.

Isnt joining a union just like insurance in that you only get benefits wen something bad happens to you?
