Ok so currently in year 11 Im doing 13 units
3 Unit English
Gen Maths
Bus Studies
Economics
Modern History
Society and Culture

For year 12 my definites are to drop society and culture, and pick up 4 unit english. That will bring me to 12 units.

From there, should I, a) Pick up extension history and drop either maths or business, leaving me with 11 units
b) Leave as is with 12 units (4 eng, gen maths, business, eco, modhistory)

And if I were to go with 11 units. Should I drop gen maths or business studies?

I'm aiming for a UAI around 95.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Units to Study

I would personaly leave it as it is because I am lazy and couldn't handle doing two major work things. (ext2 eng and ext history)

I would leave it with 12 units, because you have to remember that if you do pick up both the extensions (english and history) the major works are going to be heaps time consuming and you have your other subjects to worry about too!
But if your committed and believe that you can, why not give it ago and drop it if you think its too much early next year.
but goodluck with your decision! :)

you don't do general maths so how would you know
i dont need first-hand experience, its the same reason with many general maths kids.

if general maths takes up as much time as maths, then you might as well do 2u maths, that's proper maths.

Next year i'll either drop ext eng, or ancient history (95% gonna drop eng ext). That way i'll have 13 units.....lol im stuffed!
