Hello there,

I would just like some advice regarding the following degrees:

Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology @ UTS

Handbook for the course

Well firstly, i cant seem to find a major for web development such as web languages, can anyone please help, it's there, but I cant seem to find the exact name.

Secondly, I would like to major in economics, but after that, will it be possible to do a Masters in Economics at another uni, such as UNSW?

Thirdly, or should I should do B. Economics at UNSW and maybe combine it with commerce, but, would still like to do IT, and UNSW doesnt offer economics with IT.

sorry to hijack your thread iruler mate, but i'm just wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between the bachelor of economic at uws and bachelor of economics at usyd/unsw. i looked in the uac book and the sound exactly the same. is the difference in the cutoff only because one is uws and the other is usyd/unsw?

I do BScIT, there is no 'web development' major. Closest is perhaps Enterprise Systems Development or even Internetworking and Applications. You can take 'web development' subjects such as UTS:�32516 Internet Programming - Information Technology,�UTS Handbook 2010, ad infinitum

i'm doing a bachelor of business (information systems) at vic uni. there's programming, e-commerce, etc. just boring business subjects like intro to accounting and marketing to get through first year. 3rd year, all electives mostly.

the specialisation subjects fit what you want. pretty much.
