Ok i'm a little unsure about the process of uni offerings. Say for example i get 99.6 UAI (almost impossible)
My preferences are:
1. USYD combined law
2. UNSW art/law
3. UTS com/law
4. UTS social inquiry/law
5. Mac arts/law
6. ANU arts/law
etc etc

so i get the UAI required for USYD law, do i also get offers from the other university lower down?

You get an offer for your first preference as long as you have the UAI for it. You only get one offer per round. However, if you decide to change your mind, what you should do is accept your fist offer, then try again in the second round for the course you want to do. If you get an offer in the second round you can accept that and cancel your acceptance of the first offer.
