So, has anyone lived in one? I heard they are all falling down and shit, and you live with crazy people.

But i now might be moving into one - checking it out on the weekend.

Any advice/warnings?

It could be an OK plc if u dont ask for too much,as the price is quite acceptable.
Speaking of the crazy housemates,thats basically abt ur luck.I m lucky enuff to have nice housemates but obviously some of my fds didnt.
Overall I reckon its a great plc if u r looking for value for $$.
