how'd you know it was a mistake?

Received a reply saying there was a major error in the processing of the marks, still waiting to find out what my overall mark is though.

As to why I emailed, I was sitting on 80'ish percent after taking into account 80% of the course assessments. I was only waiting on the results for the final 20%.

Edit: Major error 69 -> 83.
