L94 is city-bound in the morning--doesn't go the other way. 39x you'd get a seat, but you're still stuck trawling through Surry Hills. I've checked the Sydney Buses website thoroughly and the fastest way is the 891/895 (even taking lining up into account). Is anyone thinking of taking that Green Square bus starting next week? I sure hope everyone is because then the queues at Central will be shorter :) I'd take it, but I'd have to change trains by which time it'd end up being the same amount of time or even possibly slower if the bus gets overcrowded and I have to wait for another one (and which is quite likely--it sounds like 1 bus rather than 2-3 come each time which is the case with the 891/895). I was also contemplating taking a bus up from Sydenham station but again I'd have to change trains and you're stuck in city-bound traffic. *sigh* you can't win!

Green Square seems like a good idea to potentially remove the stress at Central

Unfortunately my train doesnt stop there and I have to change lines to go there
