Does anyone know how many people are allowed in to this program (or scholarship)? I went to the website and I cannot find how many people got in last year (it's not like it matters but I want to see how competitive it is).

I would also appreciate some information on the Co-op Program in general (e.g. how to apply, what do we need to hand in with an application form).

Please post up some information. I will highly appreciate any.

EDIT: If anyone has any information on Macquarie University Merit Scholar Program, can you give me any information on that, please?

Try searching it up on the websites? They won't tell you how many people that were selected because it depends on the division you are applying for. I heard the actuarial scholarships accept about 20 or so, the others might be a bit higher

The coop program is very competitive I can tell you that since the scholarships are worth 13k+ a year. You fill in this online application, then print it out and send it along with some school reports and some other crap to the coop address. Then you wait till an interview, which is quite intense (I heard) then wait for an offer or get shortlisted (hoping someone who got offered rejects). Basically you need good solid marks internally, and hopefully the estimate for your uai your school gives is high :)

This is the macq scholarship, pretty nice sum of money I must say. But I think these scholarships make you sustain a Distinction average in your studies, or else they take it away from you
