UMAT was shithouse...and i say that after having prepped as much was humanly possible. (three courses!!!!!)

s1 i ran out of time (i have NEVER had a timing issue before. EVER)
s2 was way too vague
s3 patterns were absolutely awful. really, really ran out of time here.

basically: i went tres craply.

i'm with you on s1 and s2.

wow... 3 courses.... damn... your folks must have forked out heaps of money...

I hesitate to say this, because I know it'll set some people even more into a frenzy than already, but anyway... my interview offer last year (1st round) turned up in my junk email folder (was using hotmail at the time). Don't worry though, they send everything by snail mail as well.

what were your umat / uai predicted / uai respectively?

No offence, but you don't need to know. It doesn't make a diffence to the timing of when you find out that you get one (although i think they email offers a couple of days before rejections, but should be the same by post)

in the mean time.... how did you guys go in this year's umat?
like which section did you find the best and worst?

(need something to do to pass time, can't concentrate on work right now)

i did well in sec 3 .. pretty pedestrian in sec1 and 2... qualified for every Uni interview but JCU
got a couple of offers .. still most were late round

yes i was happy with my uai..

even the head of usyd grad dent calls it postgrad

meh, everyone gets the idea so don't give yourself a brain haemorrhage about it

enough
UMat was good enough for all unis which use it .. and a lil more ..
UAI was short of the Melb Med ENTER stream

my score makes no difference to u ... unless i was applying for a UNSW place
